Hey Kazz, I have a question which I'd be interested in hearing the answer to.
Growing up, what sort of environment was your home in terms of food and exercise? I seem to remember you posting that you were not a fan of vegies and I was wondering if that's something you got from parents or something you developed as an adult.
I think that the environment you grow up in and the attitudes to food and exercise have a HUGE impact on your adult health and was wondering what your take on this is.
