I'm no expert but maybe your body is just taking its time to adjust to your new weight. I know it must be really frustrating not seeing the scales moving when you work so hard and are so dedicated and determined, but you will get there.Janehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06734373476594491326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25857975.post-35906440947233060392010-10-05T10:35:20.146+10:302010-10-05T10:35:20.146+10:30Hi Kazz

After 60 kilos maybe you are going through the dreaded plateau? What does Fiona say. Try not to over think it.Martine (email: mdally@internode.on.net)https://www.blogger.com/profile/10492943093081477940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25857975.post-45820088117628107692010-10-04T21:07:11.714+10:302010-10-04T21:07:11.714+10:30Kazz, I don't think it matters whether or not ...Kazz, I don't think it matters whether or not you achieve a goal by the set time as long as you know you did everything possible to make it happen. Sometimes our bodies are going to give us reminders that we're not in control, regardless how much we want to be. Sounds like it could be a plateau or your bodies way of catching up a bit. Set your sights on achieving a new goal that is not based on the scales - up the anti with your exercise or like you said focus on measurements or body fat percentages - turn the situation into a positive and you'll break through that weight barrier without even realising it.Taniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11314146110990484008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25857975.post-66202537017066494002010-10-04T18:57:24.750+10:302010-10-04T18:57:24.750+10:30Hey babe. My friend lost 40kg after struggling for ages just by changing her milk to soy. Not something that would work for everyone, but for her bloodtype and body - it did. Worth a try? And, you may not see the scales moving, but we sure as hell are. Maybe you should do fortnightly/monthly weigh-ins so that you have a bigger sense of loss. And that is a lot to do with the exercise so my two bob's worth is to give yourself a break from the scales and focus on something else ... like running 5k.

I get frustrated when people excuse a weight gain as muscle gain when they've walked for 20 minutes and lifted a kilo or two. You, on the other hand, exercise so hard that muscle density may be coming in to play.

Give yourself a break and enjoy your achievements. You really are amazing.sparklingmerlothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12600695778999486566noreply@blogger.com
